Hello From Me .. 

As someone with over 16 years experience in psychology, BA psychotherapy, Master practitioner in eating disorders (British Psychological Society) and training in ontology,I have studied, worked with, and witnessed the patterns that unconsciously run us as human beings. Professionally, in the clinic and personally, in my own life.

What I kept seeing over and over is that people could shift their thoughts, their feelings, their behaviour, their strategy, and still end up recreating some form of the same experience underneath it all. And a lot of the personal development modalities actually keep us in the very loop we are trying to break out of. 

The work I do now is what came after that recognition.It is not theory. It is what I have demonstrated in my own life, and what I now teach the women I work with how to do.
